Cosmetic Product Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility
    • Refunds are accepted only for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.
    • Opened or used items cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene and quality control reasons.
    • Exceptions apply for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items caused by our error.
  2. Defective or Wrong Item Procedure
    • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
    • After verification, we will offer either an exchange or a full refund.
  3. Refund Method & Timeline
    • Refund requests can be made via email or our contact form.
    • Refunds may take 5โ€“10 business days to process depending on the payment method.
    • For returns due to change of mind, round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  4. Exchange Policy
    • Exchanges for defective items will be processed after confirming stock availability.
    • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
